Set up TAB area (SSTs and TAB screens). Turn on all TVs (including cocktail screen in TANGO) and lamps. Make sure projector is turned on in TANGO. Set up Bravo dining area (cutlery caddies, salt & pepper & coasters). Check bookings and functions for the day. Check notes left from previous shift. Turn on glasswashers – plugs and filters in place. Set up bar service area (straws, fruit, bar mats, cordials, and post mix). Remove tap brushers and place in soda water. Grab ice from ice machine. Set up cocktail station (including juices, liqueurs, and garnishes). Sink set up for dirty glassware. Place nip pourers and jiggers on bottles. Place water glasses and water bottles on bar top for use. Ensure menus are correct and are on bar top. Check fridges are stocked – inform cellar if not. Check that bar tops, benches and tables have been wiped down from previous night. Select All
