Beer Shack Opening Procedures

Outside set up umbrellas, tables, chairs, bins, and both signs (see photo for reference)
Collect cash tray from Cash Recycler
Collect Van and Storeroom key from Cash Recycler room
Cash Tray in van register drawer
Fridge, Van, Deck and outside lights ON, Exhaust fan ON
Check stock in storeroom (Coasters, straws, napkins, bin bags, drinks and snacks) refill from club storerrom if stock is missing
Turn on the oven switch (set temperature to 80 degrees)
Add pies and sausage rolls to oven once its at the desired temp (comes from TK)
Remove beer and wine plugs and place in solution
Place drink trays underneath beer taps to collect and spills
Remove tea towels from spirit bottles, nuts etc.
Set up spirit bottles on the back bench under a CHUX (see photo reference)
Replace spirit lids with nip pourers
Place menus, straws, coasters, lemons and limes, and measuring cup on the right of the ice sink
Fill other sink with hot soapy water to wash glasses
Place tea towel next to sink to dry washed glasses
Take flamingo lights outside and place on tables
Place pot plants in front of surfboard sign
Collect ice from club – make sure ice sink is clean before pouring ice
Wipe Counters ready for service
Unlock and open Windows – BIG SMILE AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!
