Stools and signs put away in storeroom
Food defrosted and dated if needed
Barista area tidy
Syrups wrapped with cling wrap
Grinder turned OFF
Sandwich press and toaster turned OFF
Shutters close @ 10:00am
Clean other group head and coffee machine
Take dirty tea towels and your binbag into TK
Till reports and EFTPOS reports printed
Shopping list/handover note left if needed
Mop floors and put mop back in storeroom
Lock storeroom up
Make sure shutter for van is LOCKED
Lights, neon lights and aircon OFF
Lock van up
Cash and key into gaming
