TK Lounge Opening Procedure

Set-up Service Area
Turn on glass washer – Make sure plugs and filters are in place
Remove Tap Brushes from beer taps – Place in sanitising solution
See that sink has been set up correctly for glassware
Place nip pourers and jiggers and on bottles
Fridges & cupboards (back-up) are stocked
Check areas have been wiped down from previous night
Water glasses are on top bar ready for use
Menus are set up on top bar – check they're lunch menus and the specials updated
Check if enough cutlery is wrapped and there are back up knives, forks & spoons
Coffee Section –
Check TV's are on and switched to the right channels
