Wash and dry any glasses and put back
Date open bottles of softdrink/wine
Wash bar mats (if dirty) and leave to dry
Empty ice in sink and scrub with hot soapy water
Place lids back on spirit bottles
Wash nip pourers in sink and let dry before placing back in container and storing away
Wrap Lemon and limes in Gladwrap and put away in drinks fridge
Plug beer and wine taps
Scrub down beer and wine tap benches with hot soapy water
Throw away any leftover pies and sausage rolls- spray and wipe oven
Wipe all benchtops, surfaces, cupboard doors, fridge windows, and under bench pipes
Wipe all stainless-steel surfaces (stainless steel cleaner)
Place tea towels over nuts and spirit bottles
Gladwrap straws and put away with coasters
Replace tea towels – place dirty ones in laundry room basket
Sweep and mop floor
Remove rubbish bags (inside and outside) and take to industrial bin – replace bags
Bring in flamingo lights and pot plants (in front of surfboard)
Chairs, tables, bins, and both signs put away in storeroom- turn off heaters (winter)
Record fridge TEMPS (win and beer fridges @ around 3.5degrees)
Send sales report from iPad: more/reports/sales/share icon/ email
FRIDGE, VAN, DECK, and OUTSIDE lights OFF, EXHAUST FAN ON
Lock van windows (main one – use gold key in top draw), and door (blue tag key from Genebo room)
Deposit cash to Cash Recycler and take back blue key to Genebo room
