Indroduction to staff(Required)
Sizing of Beers (Pots,Schooners, Pints, Bravo schooner, Bravo Pint, wine Glasses etc.)(Required)
Basic Rundown of the POS system(Required)
How to serve a customer (Effectively)(Required)
Basic rundown of where to find stock in the bar, spare glasses, straws, lemon, limes, juices etc)(Required)
Rundown of the Bravo menu & the current specials(Required)
Current Drink Specials Explained(Required)
Cleaning procedures (Use of glasswasher, cleaning & clearing tables, specific bins for wines & stubbies etc.)(Required)

Day Two

TAB & Keno introduction – Always check they have completed the online TAB compliance prior to starting, if so proceed with teaching the basics(Required)
RSA Requirements & Club policies etc.(Required)
More follow up training on the POS (Food Orders for Bravo & TK's, Learning Drink menu further)(Required)
Lunch/Dinner service rundown(Required)

Day Three

Introduction to Bravo Cocktails (where to find syrups, the difference in glasses etc) a few testers are never a bad idea(Required)
Tray service(Required)
Reinforcing customer service with a smile, problem solving (who to contact in the event of a refund, a complaint, intox etc)(Required)
Learning how to work the pass (proper procedures etc)(Required)

Day Four

A thorough run down of opening/closing procedures, (what is expected)(Required)
RSA procedures in Bravo after 12pm(Required)
Show new starter where to find staff contact list, explain the 2 way radio and what channels certain people/departments are on, mainly how to contact a DM(Required)
Show the starter all the storage rooms upstairs (milk/juice fridge, where to find straws, takaway containers etc)(Required)
Go over TAB and Keno again, more indepth this time (how to solve problems, how to search for locations etc)(Required)

Day Five

More in depth training of TAB & Keno (cancelling tickets, account deposits/withdrawals, TAB compliance etc.)(Required)
More RSA training:(Required)

After the first week is done, check in with them to see how they are feeling about everything. Ask if there is anything they need more help with etc. (if so run through what is required)
